I have a proven track record in project coordination, team and client management, process improvement, and delivering excellent results, including leading teams of 10–15, managing $5M+ in operations, and maintaining high client and guest satisfaction. I thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adapt to new industries, and take pride in building organized, efficient, and results-driven teams and processes.
