Brittney's Bodyworks

My name is Brittney Johnson. I am currently a student at Ivy Tech Community college, studing to be a massage therapist. I find massage therapy to be my true calling and enjoy holistically helping others heal. I tend to geek out on ways to help people. I love researching and implementing new massage techniques and aromatherapy. I'm infinitely curious how and why diseases affect people and how the spiritual, physical and mental factors of a person's life can affect their bodies. I am currently focusing on fibromyalgia sufferers because they seem to benefit the most from massage and I'm looking at new ways of relieving their pain in a safe and natural way.

I have several goals including graduating with a therapeutic massage associates degree, finishing recording my album of original songs, and providing the best upbringing for my son that I can manage. I'm definitely a people person... I like to make people feel good about being themselves. It is so rewarding to see someone you care about excited to be who they truly are!
