BCL Clinical Solutions LLC applies a clinical, solution-focused perspective to the business operations of organizations and professionals. Our mission is to share expertise, passion, and creativity to educate and empower others and set a new, higher standard in behavioral health administration.

Practical, client-centered solutions are implemented to address areas such as leadership and personnel relations, organizational structure and processes, performance and productivity, customer service, and accreditation.

In my experience, the behavioral healthcare industry has struggled to bridge the gap between the needs of the company, staff, and clients. Unfortunately, issues such as poor management, low teamwork and morale, minimum training, undefined job roles, and inconsistent compensation are the common themes of the work environment. These issues often result in burnout staff, high turnover, low audit scores or an inability to obtain accreditation, high costs, and an ultimate disservice to the client. My goal is to provide solutions in order to stop this vicious cycle!

For nearly 10 years, I have gained valuable experience in private, non-profit, and community-based settings. This has given me increased insight into the correlation between the empowerment of professionals and the success of an organization.
