Briyanna Releford

Briyanna Releford is a graduate of the University of West Georgia where she majored in mass communications. Her concentration was in public relations and her minor was in marketing. She completed multiple courses that have trained and further sparked her interest in public relations. Releford was active on and off campus. Her last and most rewarding position on campus was Chief of Creative Services at b▪l▪u▪e▪s▪t▪o▪n▪e. As a founding member of b▪l▪u▪e▪s▪t▪o▪n▪e , Releford has experience in executing and conducting research. She is also skilled in developing campaign plans for clients.
Aside from her work in her interested field, Briyanna hasalso held many part time jobs. She has learned the ins and outs of customer service and hospitality. Her most valuable position was as a Resident Assistant. Working for 2 years in this position she was recognized for havingthe best hall program and best hall decorations. As a Resident Assistant, she had to counsel over 300 college females per year. Serving as a “go to “ear or voice of reason, Briyanna won the respect of not only her residents, but her staff.
Briyanna follows a strict list of core values; Love, Respect, Justice, Wisdom, Hope, and Integrity. This was instilled in her at the age of 9. She carries herself to give back as much as she can and to be understanding of others.Human rights is a major interest of hers. The University of West Georgia had an Amnesty International chapter and she served as president for one year. She was also apart of the Martin Luther King Jr. walk in Atlanta and has addressed letters to the governor. Not only is she doing her part in changing civil and human rights, but she does volunteer work in her community.
Circle K, a community service organization, is well known across the nation. Briyanna has been apart of the UWG chapter since her sophomore year. She also completes volunteer work with her church, The Salvation Army- South Atlanta.
