Brock Berglund is a Santa Barbara-based business executive and investor specializing in commercial real estate, private credit, special assets, and complex financial situations across California and nationwide. As Managing Partner of Thyne Berglund & Co., he works with lenders, financial institutions, and investors on commercial loan workouts, distressed assets, and other complex real estate and credit matters. Outside of business, Berglund serves as offensive coordinator and assistant head coach for the Santa Barbara High School football program and is a former Division I quarterback.
