I am a writer, lover, music enthusiast, speaker, teacher, mentor, sister, daughter, friend, thinker, activist, and so much more. What interests me most is self actualization: sharing what I know, expressing how I feel, and inciting dialogue to build connections with people.

I am originally from indianapolis, Indiana but I have lived in the Washington DC Metropolitan area since 2010. What I've observed in both areas is that people need healing. They need a space free of harsh critcism, and boxes. They need an outlet where they can learn and laugh at the same time.

That's what I'm here for. I will be the columnist for Natural Hair Care, Love/Sex Relationships. I have been studying the Pyschology of Human Sexuality for 4 years and let me tell you, I am always eager to spill the tea about what I know. I have also been a Naturalista since birth so fret no longer, whether you're returning to your natural state or already there, I got you!
