Broderick Turner

Boston, MA

I have operational experience in both business and education. On the business side I lead the first retail banking mobile application at Wells Fargo in 2007. Our text message banking product was launched to over two million customers. I also served as a sales consultant where I helped multiple firms increase their online sales platform and was responsible for restructuring multiple sales processes which increased sales at two companies by over 50% in under six months.

On the education side, I worked in Guangzhou, China where I directed Baiyun Vocational University's international marketing initiatives which helped triple their teaching corp.

I also spent three years in public education. I was responsible for creating a non-profit initiative that boosted student performance by 200%. I also created systems that resulted in the highest performance of any math class in the Atlanta Public Schools.

I have been successful at every endeavor because he follows two simple rules:

1. Ask for help early and often.

In whatever industry he has entered, he seeks out the best and the brightest and uses their expertise to avoid errors

2. Improve Everyday.

I believe in the Japenese philisophy of KaiZen, which entails that everyday one must improve.

I am also an avid swimmer, and have spent the better part of my adult years coaching.
