I was born in Long Beach, California and have resided in the south bay for most of my life. As a youth, I lived in Palos Verdes on Shady Vista and Rosita Place. My family has been involved in real estate for many generations, in fact my grandmother's maiden name was "Frame" and her father was a big part of the development of Palos Verdes.

For the last 6 years, I have been playing baseball for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. I have had the privilege to play ball all around the country for many of the Angels farm teams, reaching as high as Double A. After having witnessed the drastic climate changes and plain topography in various states throughout the country, I now understand why California is called "The Golden State." After having three shoulder surgeries, my career has taken a turn in the wrong direction. I have been rehabbing my shoulder for the last 3 years and am still under contract with the Angels, however after 3 arm surgeries, the brass are beginning to forget my name.

My roots in California grow deep and is where my heart lies. My passion for real estate shows in each transaction I complete and I understand the commitment and emotions that occur in each real estate transaction. As the old saying goes "There is no place like home."
