I'm a 29 year old blogger focussing on life with a mental illness and physical disability and the issues that affect that. As well as writing about the difficulties that can arise, I hope to make this a positive blog, about how to overcome those difficulties whenever possible. I would like to challenge stigma and raise awareness and understanding.

I am happy to answer questions, guest blog and accept guest bloggers. I am in the process of writing a book and would love to break into freelance journalism, as well as constantly learning about and improving this blog. I appreciate and try to learn from constructive feedback.
