Marketing and Public Relations in Brooklyn, New York
Once I discovered there was more to cuisine than cooking potatoes 40 different ways, I left the shores of Dublin Bay for America to pursue a career that incorporated food, drinks, and good conversation.
Having started out in the restaurant business, I stepped in the world of marketing and public relations so I could enjoy holidays. I have worked with a culinary school, the International Association of Culinary Professionals, the Rainforest Alliance and several agencies with on both US coasts. Now out on my own, I offer my food and beverage clients strategic counsel and high-value tactical execution without the distraction of agency business.
I've been dubbed a networking warrior and I like to help people make connections. Currently, I'm masquerading as president of the New York Women's Culinary Alliance. I love to cook and move effortlessly from keyboard to whisk...or shaker!
