Hello!

I am a Sophomore at Morehead State University, where I major in English with a Creative Writing minor.

I play flute for the MSU flute studio and I march Tenor Saxophone for the MSU Marching Band!! Though I had to drop my music minor, I stay very much involved in the music community through my membership in Sigma Alpha Iota. SAI is an international music fraternity for women and has contributed greatly to my life in areas such as my self confidence and leadership skills.

I work at the MSU Call Center, where I most recently got promoted to Senior Supervisor! I love my university and I look forward to another wonderful semester of raising support for it.

With this course I am hoping to develop my professional writing skills so that I may apply them to my creative pieces.

Personally, I dream of being a successful travel writer and creative writing professor. I dream of loving God and people the best I can in every moment.

To inspire people to fulfill their dreams is how I can best love God and people. My goal is to inspire through my writing. And though I am beaten down by the crashing, ceaseless waves. My God holds on to me, relentlessly.

The background to my six-word-poster is one of Robert Furber's twelve installments of his 18th century seed catalogs. I own two of these prints- on accident. This particular one is September, my birth month. I'm attracted to the beauty of the flowers, as well as the unique story behind the prints.
