All you have to do is go to search.yahoo.com/history and you will be automatically brought to the history page.

Now there are some special tricks when it comes to yahoo search history. For example, the history gets recorded in most engines, but you can actually turn off the history in yahoo. What it does is that it is actually a preference that helps you not record your search or browse history, which can be helpful, especially if you are using your account in a public computer or one which isn't yours.
