Brooks Fields

Brooks was born out of the legacy of it’s name sake. Brooks Fields. His history of supplying rye to the distilling industry dates to the early 1960’s when his then employer, Burdick Grain Company, a specialty grain marketing firm, was involved in supplying malting barley to the brewing and distilling industries at the time.

Brooks developed a business supplying corn and rye to the distillers and grew that business over time to become the premiere supplier of rye to the US distilling industry, and one of the major suppliers of corn to the Canadian distilling industry.
