I am one of the original Carolina Springs Huskies! I am a sixth grade ELA teacher on the Pack Dog team. For the first three years, I taught ELA and SS. Then, I taught just SS for five years. I am excited to be teaching ELA again! Our ELA classroom will be a place in which all students can experience success throughBlended Learning and differentiated instruction. In addition to teaching, I am the CSMS Student Council Advisor. I am assistant coach for our girls' basketball team and I am the assistant coach for the WKHS Cross Country team. I am married to Dan who is a computer guy. We have three children. Callie is 12 years old and is a 7th grader at CSMS. Ty is 9 years old and is a 4th grader at CSE. Jacob is 5 years old and is a Kindergartner at CSE. In my spare time, I run and am preparing to run a marathon in December. I enjoy being at the ballpark watching my children play baseball and softball. I also enjoy reading, watching the Gamecocks play sports, spending time with my family, friends, and pets.
