Bruce is the Principal of Benchmark Business & Commercial Sales – a national business brokerage in Australia. Bruce Coudrey has been self employed since 1983, when at the age of 22 he bought his first Shell service station. He has owned 6 service stations, 2 carwashes, a car rental franchise, advertising billboards and other businesses. Since 1995 Bruce has been selling businesses in Queensland. Bruce is a Registered Business Valuer, a Certified Practicing Business Broker and a Licensed Real Estate Agent in five states. He has been involved in the sale of hundreds of businesses, having recently been involved in his 2000th sale. As a court appointed witness Bruce has been involved in consulting and appraising all types of businesses. Bruce is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the REIQ, and the Australian Institute Of Business Brokers - where he sits on both the State and National Executives. Bruce works in all markets across Australia. Bruce was awarded the AIBB President Medal for 2010
