Bruce A. Willey (Iowa)

Bruce A. Willey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting degree and a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Iowa. Since 1996, Bruce A. Willey has worked with clients through his own firm, Willey Law Firm, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Focusing on business and tax law, Mr. Willey has represented clients before the IRS, helped businesses and individuals prepare tax returns, provided advocacy services during tax audits and assisted with multiple business and estate planning situations. Bruce A. Willey is also a consultant with American Tax Law Planning, LLC, through which he provides tax education and helps business owners create strategic tax plans.

Active within his professional community, Mr. Willey belongs to the American Academy of Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has spoken before the Business Enterprise Institute and recorded an online series about tax and business planning for Wells Fargo.

Mr. Willey gives back to his community by coaching youth football and baseball. He also served as a Scoutmaster while living and working for Arthur Anderson & Co. in Denver, Colorado.
