Customers and VMware R&D Principal Engineers, Senior Directors, and Cheif Architects all agreed that the program increased strategic business acumen and gave the program 100% satisfaction rating

2010 - Saved Assistyx hundreds of support man-hours by garnering FDA HCPCS registration while increasing sales 12% due to this registration

2009 - Working across a broad cross-functional team including software development management, marketing, sales, IT, beta programs, sales engineering, professional services, quality assurance, system integration, end customers and others I obtained 97% "fixed-in-next-release" rate for customer facing bugs in my role as senior technical program customer advocate
