I am a highly motivated individual who thrives in a performance based environment. I enjoy taking on new tasks and adding to my current skill set whenever an opportunity presents itself. As a proven Sales Professional I have held a variety of positions over the last ten years, each of them leading me toward my ultimate goal of obtaining a position in recruiting. My education in psychology and sales experience has helped to make me successful in this field. Previously I was employed with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee, where I lead the office in sales accomplishments, helped to train new employees and engaged in marketing strategies to further the company’s interests. The training I received at Enterprise has helped me be more effective in every position I’ve held since. I also worked with Murmur Magazine as their Sales Manager for two years. In this position I was responsible for achieving monthly ad sales goals, cold calling, maintaining accounts and obtaining new contracts. I left the sales field for a period of time between 2008 through 2012 to work in the healthcare industry. During my time at Memorial I also worked as a Recruiter for the Multi-Cultural Network group.I gave hospital tours to new employees, reached out to our list of interpreters to invite them to meetings and represented the group at various recruiting events. Other non recruiting volunteer activities I participated in were, “Make A Wish,” “ Relay for Life” and the March of Dimes “Walk for Babies.” A unique opportunity presented itself to me in May of 2012, in the form of a job offer with TMX Finance.I started with the company as an Online Sourcing Agent for the Existing Markets West team and quickly realized that the move I’d made was the right choice.I gained valuable experience in recruiting, cold-calling, online sourcing, screening and sales. Every month the amount of candidates that I was about to convert into new hires increased. Currently I am still with TMX Finance in a new role as a Sale Representative.
