Bruce Little New Orleans

For over 30 years, Captain Bruce Little has served as a police officer with the New Orleans Police Department. A commander with the Specialized Investigations Division, Captain Little oversees nearly 60 law enforcement personnel in the Vice, Asset Forfeiture, Narcotics, and Intelligence divisions, among others. Moreover, he manages officers on the task forces of federal entities such as the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Internal Revenue Service. As a leader in the department, Captain Bruce Little works with the Department of Homeland Security, the Louisiana State Fusion Center, and other organizations to obtain data and monitor potential threats and subversive groups. His responsibilities require him to track down violent gangs, study crime trends, and recognize narcotics traffickers and repeat offenders.

Throughout his career, Captain Little has received numerous honors. The recipient of a commendation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, he has earned two similar honors from the DEA and a Letter of Commendation from the FBI. The City of New Orleans has also recognized Captain Bruce Little's achievements by bestowing him with 14 Letters of Commendation, two Life Saving Medals, two Medals of Achievement, and three Medals of Commendation.
