Educated in Engineering I worked in industrial / commercial general contracting eventually becoming a project manager. I changed careers to I.T. in 1999 after becoming a Microsoft Systems Engineer. After many years with CGI as a Sys Admin / Analyst I'm now on a consultant with a major Insurance/Financial company in Waterloo.
I enjoy tech but my first love is, and always will be, the great outdoors. In the summer it's hiking, biking the beach and BBQ'g. I like touring wineries and enjoy the Niagara region. Also a big fan and friend to the folks at the Wellington Brewery in Guelph. In winter I still hike, all year round I love photography. Blessed with a great left-right brain balance for linear and abstract thinking . Techy but also creative, on a good day.
