Commercial loan professional Bruce Nosanchuk builds on experience in many different categories of small business and real estate lending. He has served since 1992 as a business development officer with the Pinnacle Real Estate Group, through which he has overseen creation of numerous real estate-secured small business loans. During this time, Bruce Nosanchuk has also served in a number of other leasing director and business development roles.

As vice president of the California Bank and Trust and Zions Bancorporation in Sacramento, Bruce Nosanchuk opened a new location in Southfield, Michigan, and oversaw all loan processing statewide. He accepted this role having previously established a Southfield office for U.S. Bank, through which he oversaw commercial and industrial loans organized via the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

Bruce Nosanchuk has also overseen lending for a number of shopping centers, cinemas, and other retail and entertainment brands. He draws on a diverse knowledge of lending concepts, including bridge lending and commercial lines of credit. He leverages this expertise to serve his clients at Pinnacle, who trust his expertise in developing creative borrowing solutions.
