As our company's human resource person, I take charge of reading every application letters and CVs that our company receives when we post a job vacancy. This is just the first of the many daunting steps in hiring the best employee for the job. Unfortunately a lot of those didn't get the cut are having problems with their application letters or CVs, while some failed during the interview process.
