Online I'm known as BrunetteKoala. I'm a thirty-something residing in Edinburgh, Scotland. I previously worked in the field of health promotion, non-profit management and community education. I'm currently a postgraduate student at the University of Glasgow, a Girlguiding leader, a charity trustee & work in a bear shop. In the little time that's left I learn languages, re-learn Ballet, dream of surfing, cartwheel on beaches, read books, buy my friends' children books, write blogs, teach myself songs on my purple ukulele, search out great indie films and music, and conduct ongoing research on which cafés sell the best chocolate brownies in Edinburgh.
