Bruno Centrone

My main responsibilities in the last years have been those of Functional Analysis and Business Analysis, being usually the glue between the technical and the business/marketing side of the different projects.

I have also been project manager several times, taking care of the entire life-cycle of products/services, from the idea to the technical development. I have worked with cross-functional teams composed of engineers, economists, marketers, sociologists, etc., shaping the vision and identifying areas of improvement of the projects carried out by means of agile methodologies. I have been awarded several times by public and private bodies (e.g. European Commission) for projects in the field of social innovation. I have also been focusing on the marketing side, being in contact and dealing with of a variety of stakeholders.

As for my Functional Analyst and Business Analyst roles, I have been responsible for designing technical solutions (mobile and web apps) meeting the expectations of the stakeholders. I have always considered marketing and business aspects, collecting the needs of the stakeholders and translating them in feasible solutions (from technical and commercial aspects). This has allowed me to widen my field of competences in the marketing and business domains, with an added value provided by my technological background and wide international experience.

The creation of accurate technical documents and interactive mockups has facilitated marketing (interaction with users) and technical development of the solutions, allowing everyone to understand the requirements of the projects. The use of agile methodologies and continuous interaction with users and developers has enabled the success of the different projects and the satisfaction of the customers.

I am co-founder of PugliaSmartLab, a Living Lab member of the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) and also co-founder of beMINT, a startup that provides services for Public Administrations and citizens
