Bruno Duva

Signature Senior Services Director of Acquisitions Bruno D'Uva first received his associate degree in business at Northeastern University in Boston before he went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in business at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. After graduating in 2000, Bruno D'Uva established several businesses. In 2004, he formed Empire Entertainment in partnership with a restuarant-bar owned by Tony Siragusa. This venture went on to become the highest grossing property of the five units in his restaurant portfolio.

Bruno D'Uva went on to complement his previous investments with Hanover Payment Systems (HPS), another business he established in 2007. Originally within a limited network, HPS was seamlessly rolled out to other entrepreneurs. HPS is now used by retailers and online companies nationwide. In 2009, he established Tuscan Bistro Bar, the second restaurant in his portfolio. His concept for Tuscan Bistro Bar was a casual dining eatery and pub driven by value.

The latest businesses Bruno D'Uva solely established are Sunergy America, LLC, and B. D’Uva Development, both of which were formed in 2010. Sunergy America is an alternative energy company that specializes in providing sustainable energy, while B. D'Uva Development is a real estate company that concentrates on building residential single, multifamily, and senior living developments.
