I combine strategy and technology for digital expansion and transformation of organizations operating in complex contexts.

As Chief Digital Officer at Impresa, a leading media group in Portugal, I was a member of the Executive Committee and the Boards of Directors of its subsidiaries since 2023, leading digital business, technology, data and intelligence, transformation and innovation, contributing to the accelerated growth of digital audiences and customers in the streaming and publishing markets.

Since 2013 at EY Portugal, Angola and Mozambique, I defined and implemented business and transformation strategies with global clients in telecom, finance, energy, public administration and other industries. As an Equity Partner since 2016 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, I led Management and Technology Consulting, which grew at more than 20% per year.

I founded Critical Management Consulting in 2011, after holding management roles at Arthur D. Little and Deloitte Consulting.

I am a shareholder and non-executive board member at venture builder Eyer Partners, advising on business scale-up strategies and evaluating technology investments, propelling entrepreneurs to success.

I have been a guest lecturer at Católica and at Iscte, teaching media and information systems management. I hold an MSc in IT and Management from Iscte and I completed Insead’s Strategic Decision Making for Leaders program and the EY Harvard Leadership Program. I am a Vice‑President at Alumni Clube Iscte.

My interests range from innovation to technology. I am also interested in entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
