--SEARCHING FOR NEW TENANT STARTING FROM JULY 2011--

The room is 25-30m2 big and costs monthly 400€ (all incl.) There are several highlights: its size, super condition, super location, walk- in- closet, incorporated vitrines (so you actually do not need any cupboard) and my nice housemate Laura! ;)

The kitchen and the bathroom, which are in a modest condition, are used by three persons only. You have everything: wifi for free, washing machine, oven, refrigerator. At the same floor we also have a huge terrace (about 20m2). This is a fantastic room for which you have to accept a modest bathroom and kitchen. But actually Laura hopes for some help to repaint the common rooms a little bit to make them nicer.

As already mentioned the location is super! 5 meters from the FASOS faculty, 5 walking minutes from the SBE and 2 walking minutes from the Vrijthof away! We even have a small supermarket on the first floor!

The room was renovated by my bf 8 months ago, so I would like to have some kind of a takeover fee to cover half of the expenses: 400€. But you save on the realtor. Here you see my funiture, which can be taken, but you don't have to!
