In 1991, an associate from MIT said to me, "The computer you use for word processing and desktop publishing is more than a tool. It's a medium."

That's the moment the light bulb came on.

Always fascinated with communications, first writing for television & then publishing, I produced my first interactive piece in 1991, a touch screen kiosk for AT&T, and haven't stopped since.

Along the way I've learned a lot about the power of interactivity. I've crafted award-winning programs for entrepreneurs vested with legitimizing their organizations, Fortune 500 companies mandated with distinguishing themselves, media companies experimenting with new channels, and publishers struggling with new models.

I focus on 4 things:

  • How to integrate digital into existing models
  • How to identify opportunities for retention and acquisition
  • How to increase conversion, disseminate content, & create calls-to-action
  • How to build highly successful, highly creative interactivity
