Hi, I’m Bryan Glant. I live in Seattle, Washington, and I love it here, mostly because it gives me so many reasons to get outside.

On the Trail
I hike regularly, whether I’m heading into the Cascades, out to the Olympic Peninsula, or just exploring trails near Puget Sound. It’s how I clear my head, and the scenery never gets old.

In the Kitchen
Cooking takes up much of my downtime. I like to experiment, learn new skills, and feed the people I care about.

On the Road
Travel brings it all together: new hikes, regional cooking, and a long list of ideas I bring home afterward.
