Bryan Yusuf is a commercial lawyer and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He was a wide experience in commercial transactions, real estate transactions and bank securities among others.

Bryan is also a legal consultant interested in working with entrepreneurs and start-ups in legal related aspects of business. He is the founder and lead consultant a Ryan Consult, a new start-up consultancy that advises start-ups on various legal and compliance issues.

Bryan has had the opportunity of working with numerous start-ups as a lawyer and has seen how some start-ups have grown incredibly and others failed along the way. He has a personal experience of a start-up that he founded but never lasted for a year, for various reasons. He is currently writing his first book on start-ups where he will tell the story of his failed start-up. Look out for it.

He currently lives in London where he is pursuing a LLM degree in International Business Law.
