Bryan Greenwood is a Senior Managing Partner of Woodstone Properties, LLC and is responsible for analyzing deals to make sure they meet the company's minimum investment criteria, negotiate funding of the deals, and to make sure projects stay on time and on budget. Greenwood has attended over 72 hours of specialized real estate training courses in the areas of foreclosures, property management and cash flow, and creative real estate finance; participated in a real estate negotiation and training class conducted by George Ross, Donald Trumps' right hand man; and participated in a raising capital training class conducted by Rudy Giuliani, former Mayor of New York. Greenwood has been investing in real estate since 2010.
Greenwood also has over 20 years of diverse financial management experience serving as a commercial loan officer, management consultant, and federal bank regulator. Over the years, Greenwood has worked with over 400 entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout his career in a variety of areas as a consultant, mentor or coach. Greenwood has also taught 2 entrepreneurship courses as an adjunct instructor at Louisiana State University. Greenwood currently serves as an Associate Board Member of Campus Federal Credit Union. Greenwood holds an MBA and a B.S. degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
