Bryan Taing

I was born and raised in Las Vegas and love the diverse and non-stop experiences and people in the city; there is always something to do, see, and experience.

I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 and am a huge sports fan so my favorite season is the fall when I am able to watch USC Football and the Seahawks.

I love to learn and am always looking to push my self to grow professionally and personally and taking on new challenges. My personal challenge this year is to complete the "Trifecta" for Spartan Race, it has been a physically and mentally challenging goal but fun because I have been able to take on this challenge with my cousin and uncle by my side.

I am currently a Manager and Leader at Target with experience in talent management, operations, and shortage reduction. At Target I have managed and developed a culture and team focused on maximizing profitability through execution of operation best practices and shortage reduction in a $20M/year retail operation. I am passionate about training, developing, and promoting a team of leaders who drive for results and engage and inspire their peers.
