Bryan Brewer Orlando

As the chief executive officer of Trax Capital Management in Orlando, Bryan Brewer oversees a commercial real estate investment firm with a considerable presence in the southeastern U.S. At the helm of Trax since 2005, he brings a rich degree of experience in real estate financing to his position, along with a considerable experience in debt investing and distressed properties. With responsibility for Trax’s operations, closings, and legal department, Bryan Brewer helps ensure the highest standard of professionalism in all aspects of business. Owing in part to his leadership, Trax has managed and invested more than $800 million in total volume since the company’s formation, spread across 75-plus transactions in underperforming residential, commercial, and other types of real estate properties. In the past few years, Bryan Brewer has grown the Trax family of businesses with the notable acquisition of Trax Air, a pilot training, aircraft maintenance, and charter flight operation formerly known as Air Orlando. Today, he and Trax Air maintain Central Florida’s largest fleet of private light aircraft, including various Cessna, Diamonds, Piper, and Beechcraft models. Outside of Trax, Mr. Brewer owns WatersEdge Stand Up Paddle Boards, through which he manufactures a wide range of stand up paddle boards for professional and casual users alike.

A former U.S. Marine and graduate of the Defense Language Institute, he earned his BS in economics and international studies from Marist College.
