Bryan Caisse

Bryan Caisse's history begins in Massachusetts, where he grew up and attended high school in Worcester County. With an interest in math and a desire to serve his country, after graduating, Bryan Caisse enrolled in the United States Naval Academy, located in Annapolis, Maryland. He received a degree in Mathematics, with a concentration in Statistics and Operations Analysis, in 1985.

After serving in the military for over 5 years, Bryan began his career in finance as a managing director at Bear Stearns in New York City. There, Mr. Caisse helped to establish a hedge fund that would become one of the top performing in fixed income, recognized by industry leaders and publications. Throughout the early part of the decade, Bryan Caisse served as an influential part of the company, and helped to usher the business into one of its most successful periods.

Currently, Bryan Caisse leads Phoenix Strategic Partners as president of the growing organization. Bryan founded Phoenix, which specializes in portfolio construction for fixed income capital and insurance, in 2012.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys traveling and expanding his knowledge of various cultures. From his time in the Navy until now, Mr. Caisse has travelled to over 70 countries, and plans on adding more to that list. He is a proud single father of his daughter Eliza, and is a strong advocate of other single parents.
