Who am I? I’m Bryan-David "Bulldog" Scott, The Maestro. Though my start in the kitchen happened when I was 2 years old with my Mom, my professional entrance to Chef life began in the famed Le Petit Café in Kansas City, Missouri, learning under Turkish Chef Frank Baruch. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside French, Greek, and Italian Chefs, each of whom taught me the art of balancing tradition and creativity in the kitchen.
My Culinary Philosophy? Food should be an experience. I founded Cup of Luxury to bring amazing Viennese style coffees and estate teas to people who crave extraordinary experiences. My mission? To elevate sensory play to the max, and creating memories with guests and the ones I love that last a lifetime.
What Drives My Craft? What I do is deeply personal, powered by a passion for creating mind bending experiences. For me, each dish is essentially a new adventure, an invitation to savor life. I draw inspiration from shared moments over a cup of coffee, family, and shared experiences.

With a global tour of high-energy, celebrity Chef entertainment, we are bringing the Bryan-David Scott Experience to private clubs, luxury resorts, streaming platforms, and food networks. Each event is created to delight, entertain, and inspire.
