Bryan Delaney prides himself in setting a positive example for youth and adults. Delaney has been quoted as being "selfless" and "humble", which are two words that you will find to clearly describe who he is as a person.
Bryan Delaney is greatly involved in public health and prevention work. Delaney is currently involved in the Students Against Destructive Decisions National Organization and the National Organization For Youth Safety. Delaney has received numerous awards for his service to his community and nation including: The President's Service Award, The 84 Community Achievement Award, and Certificates of Appreciation from The Massachusetts House of Representatives, Massachusetts State Senate, and the Northwestern Massachusetts District Attorney's Office.
Delaney was the founder and creator of the Easthampton Concert For A Cause, a professional annual country music concert held in the city of Easthampton, MA to raise awareness around distracted driving. The concert raised $25,000 for SADD and local prevention programs in Easthampton and Western Massachusetts. Delaney recruited national Nashville country stars, Adam Fears and Adam Craig to headline the event. The event reached over 60,000 people through traditional media, social media, and event attendance. Delaney's "Concert for a Cause" concept is currently being implemented nationwide by various SADD Chapters.
As a positive advocate of healthy decisions making, Delaney has been busy traveling around the United States speaking about leadership and youth advocacy in prevention. Delaney was a workshop facilitator at the 25th Annual National CADCA Conference in Washington DC, a keynote speaker at the Northwestern Massachusetts District Attorney's Underage Drinking Conference for Middle School Students, as well as at the National SADD Conference in Nashville, TN in the summer of 2015. Delaney was also able to comment on Newly released Distracted Driving on Good Morning America. Currently, Bryan has been assisting with creative direction and promotional videography for the SADD National Conference.
Bryan is also skilled in video production. Delaney has created numerous documentaries and promotional videos for various organizations. Delaney's promotional videos have been screened nationally at conferences and on the internet. Additionally, many of Bryan's films have been nominated for awards including the Massachusetts Cultural Council Gold Star Award.
