An experienced investment executive, Bryan Jadot worked with Silicon Valley Bank for more than eight years, during which time he transitioned from vice president of software to relationship manager for life sciences. Bryan Jadot has since remained focused on this latter industry as senior managing director for life sciences with Hercules Capital. There, he cofounded a life sciences that he has since built into the firm's most successful.

He enjoys traveling as well and has visited a variety of international destinations, including Morocco, Tunisia, Bahrain, Costa Rica, and Argentina. He also pursues a personal interest in military history, particularly that of the Napoleonic wars, World War I, and the eastern front of World War II.

A military veteran himself, Bryan Jadot served as a nuclear operations specialist with the US Army. Trained in Pershing 1a and 2 missiles at the US Army Field Artillery School, he went on to carry out nuclear control orders in Europe. By the time of his discharge, he had earned the US Army Commendation Medal for military excellence.
