Hi, I am Bryan Kornegay Jr. I am the founder of B Group, a private equity and advisory group focusing on food, energy, mining and infrastructure in the Americas. I previously worked at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst until 2001, a private equity firm that raised over US$14 billion in capital and completed over 350 transactions and US$40 billion in value. My experience includes directors and officers positions of public and private companies, including holding the position of CFO and director for an international river transportation company, an international exploration and production company and an international oilfield services company. I initially performed transaction services and audit work for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen and was a Certified Public Accountant. I earned a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University with a major in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
