I am an educator. I am currently the Assistant Director for Residential Education and a Housefellow at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. In this job I oversee the social media strategy for the Office of Residential Education, educate students about their use of online social networks, supervise RAs, meet with students, and respond to emergencies. It is different everyday, and a lot of fun.

I completed my doctorate in higher education administration from the George Washington University in 2016. My dissertation was about how undergraduate students in paraprofessional roles understand their use of online social networks.

In my spare time I like to cook, watch sports (Penn State and Pittsburgh teams are my favorites), and stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and tech trends.
