Bryan Posillico

Currently a licensed insurance broker, Bryan Posillico enjoyed multiple successes in his earlier career in sales and business management. He spent four years as a manager at Balise Motor Sales, where he was responsible for supervising operations, including sales, financing, and the functions of the service department. He also controlled purchasing and inventory, and assisted in hiring and training new employees. During Bryan Posillico's tenure at Balise, the outlet's sales doubled, and turnover was reduced by 25 percent.

Bryan Posillico also served as a store manager at Rent-A-Center, where he was charged with increasing return on investment, building client relationships, and communicating with employees districtwide. Under his leadership, his store was the best producer out of nine competing stores in the local market and was ranked among the top 10 of 147 Rent-A-Center stores in performance, collections, and operations. It was also ranked No.12 in profit generation.

In his present role as an insurance broker, Bryan Posillico consults with individual clients as well as small businesses, with the objective of creating customized strategies that maximize financial protection. Mr. Posillico specializes in retirement solutions, life insurance and asset protection. At the beginning of his career in this industry, he received second place in the Quick Start Rookie of the Year contest, and in 2010, out of a nationwide pool of 3,500, he was named Agent All Star 127. He consistently achieves a 95 percent closing rate and is routinely ranked among the top three agents in Connecticut, based on monthly production. Mr. Posillico holds broker's licenses in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida.
