Bryan Scott McMillan
Founder of Families with Holes Inc in Southlake, TX, USA
I’m Bryan Scott McMillan — a faith-driven leader, early retiree, and philanthropist committed to helping others find purpose and healing through life’s challenges. I was born in Las Vegas and raised in a hardworking Mormon family, where I learned early the values of perseverance, responsibility, and faith. After earning my degree in Political Science and Business from Arizona State University and completing executive programs at Harvard and UT Austin, I spent over 30 years leading global medical device companies. My work focused on transforming business strategies, building high-performing teams, and creating lasting value through innovation.
After losing my wife to cancer, my life took on a deeper sense of purpose. I began volunteering at The WARM Place, supporting grieving children and families, and later at Camp Sanguinity, a camp for kids with cancer and blood disorders. In 2018, I founded Families with Holes, a nonprofit dedicated to providing hope and healing to families facing loss.
Today, I spend my time serving others, staying active, traveling, and sharing my story to inspire resilience and faith. I believe in living fully, giving generously, and finding strength in compassion — because even in life’s hardest moments, hope always finds a way.
