I am the Founder of MANSA (Man Skills Academy).

In June of 2014, I fell ill and lost my job; my ability to leave the house; 23lbs; my girlfriend; my social life, my confidence and my sense of self.

At that time, I vowed that when I recovered, I would do something meaningful with my life and MANSA was born.
