I lead the People Growth team at Facebook, which is focused on organizational development, career development, employee engagement, communications, and culture. I also blog daily about wellness and life design at www.wellfesto.com.
Prior to joining Facebook, I consulted with a range of organizations on strategy, communications, and talent (past clients include Walmart, AT&T, Square, NetApp, IDEO). I’m passionate about people, personal + organizational change, health, sustainability, and the future of work; and I love building environments and experiences that help people perform at their best while finding meaning in what they do.
A native Wisconsinite, I completed my B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my M.S. in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University. I love running, cycling, doing yoga, the midwest, summer camp, bike lanes, new ideas, and most importantly...my family.
