Golf is my passion. Playing almost every weekend over the summer, my career has taken me all over New England and even to North Carolina, Florida, and as far as Bermuda. My desire to improve shows no greater than when I am on the golf course. I have an inherent need to perform at my full potential and I hold myself to a very high standard. Because of this, I am always setting new goals; the most recent of which is to bring my handicap down to single digits.
Much like my experiences as a golfer have led me to pursue success in the sport, my experiences as a student have led me to pursue success in my career. My aspiration is to one day open my own orthodontics practice. I feel as though this is a smart career choice as I receive good grades in science-based classes, I am good with my hands, and my college education will provide me with the necessary background to run my own business. In order to acheive this aspiration, I must focus on my immediate goals, which include maintaining a high GPA, scoring well on the Dental Admission Test, and, eventually, being accepted to Dental School.
