I’m Bryson Aldridge, General Counsel for the Rosewood Family of Companies. In that role, I lead legal strategy and risk management across a group of businesses that span construction, retail services, technology, and professional consulting. My work touches every part of the enterprise, from commercial contracting and employment law to compliance, corporate governance, and long-term strategic planning.

Before joining Rosewood, I spent more than a decade in private practice and nearly ten years working with industry-leading legal and compliance technology companies. That chapter of my career gave me a unique view of how legal services are delivered, supported, and experienced from inside law firms, software companies, and corporate legal departments alike. Each of those vantage points reinforced my belief that legal support should be grounded in real-world operations, aligned with company values, and always in step with where the business is headed.

I’m also the founder of Arkline Legal Advisors, PLLC, an initiative that grew directly out of my work at Rosewood. Arkline isn’t a traditional firm and it isn't risk consultancy - we're the bridge between legal practice and the evolving realities of business and technology. We formed Arkline to address a growing gap we kept encountering: while AI, automation, and platform technologies are transforming how companies operate, most legal strategies haven’t evolved to keep up.

We built the firm not just to give outside businesses access to the kind of counsel we trust internally, but to help them move forward with clarity in a legal landscape that’s changing fast.

Whether I’m working through a complex deal, helping a new venture get off the ground, or learning everything I can about AI, I’m most energized when legal strategy is aligned with business reality, and when we’re building something that lasts.

When I'm not working, I’m usually trying to keep up with my kids, solving problems I didn’t know I signed up for, and occasionally remembering to enjoy the ride.
