Beth Schulte

Hi! I am Beth Augustine-Schulte, and I have the coolest job in the whole world! I get to teach music in a Catholic Elementary School! I am starting my 21st year at St. Bonaventure Elementary School this year. During the first eight years I taught fifth grade, after which I was asked to take over the school music program. I honestly believe that our church is most beautiful when the children in it are singing the mass!

As of October 8th I will have been married for one year to my incredible husband, David. I have four children; two adult sons, an adult daughter, and my youngest who just left for college at the end of August. My marriage to David blessed me with three beautiful step daughters, six beautiful step grand daughters and two very fine young step son in laws.

I love teaching, I love my students, and I am loving the things I have learned since I've started the work in my masters program.

By the way, my background picture is a small piece of an enormous chalk drawing my daughter and her classmate created in the street in front of our house this past summer.
