One thing that so manystudents have in common is concerns over getting back into classes. Quite oftenthe case is that a student has been out of school for so long that they’reworried that they’re going to struggle with subjects. But what’s amazing is howquickly you’ll pick things back up.
I speak with so manystudents who are concerned about getting back up on the bike that is school andonce they make the commitment they realize that it isn’t nearly as scary as theythought. I love working with these students because the conversations we havewhen they realize what they’re capable of are my favorite ones to have.
I find myself tellingstudents to breathe and trust the process more often than I’d expect, but just asquickly as I give that advice, I’m celebrating the success of those exact samestudents.
When I’m away from theoffice I’m typically working on my Etsy jewelry shop. It took a little while, but I finally built up a foundation to start my very own shop and I’ve set mysights on growing my small business as quickly as possible.
I’m also a certified NAUIscuba diver and one of my favorite trips I’ve ever taken was to the top of a1,800 foot waterfall in British Columbia. I’m also a huge Disney fan and I lovetalking about anything Disney related. Whether it’s a trip to the parks or justa Disney movie, there’s no topic I won’t shy away from.
