Barbora Stiess is the culinary guru behind the cookery school and academy and has engineered a range of user-friendly cookery classes to bridge the gap between 'fine dining' and home cooking.

Barbora's study at Leith's School of Food and Wine (London) and subsequent Michelin-starred training under Michael Caines enables her to empathise with students and understand their needs and aspirations from both teacher and student perspective.
