Reverend Jeff Smith was ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2005 but this second career professional has been serving United Methodist Churches since 1997. Prior to entering ministry, Jeff served as a human resource professional at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie Indiana. Prior to that, Jeff served his country working for the federal government in Washington DC. Jeff and his wife Rhonda have been married for twenty two years and have five adult children and seven grandchildren. Jeff’s favorite quote is from CS Lewis: “God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks to us in our conscience, but shouts at us in our pain: it’s His megaphone to rouse a dead world.”
