Bharat (Brad) Talwar

I am founder & CEO of TalentBurst, an IT and Business staffing firm. I grew up in India and immigrated to the US on my 21st birthday.

Since then I have been instrumental in founding two highly successful IT staffing companies, People.com founded in 1996 was sold to Monster.com in December of 2000.

Leveraging my experience in both a start-up environment and corporate America, I co-founded TalentBurst with two colleagues from Monster.com. Since our early days in my cramped study in Cambridge, MA TalentBurst has grown to a global corporation with 500+ employees working the US, Canada, UK, India and Singapore.

Outside of work I am passionate about poker, cool cars and the ever volatile stock market. Even though my work weeks are packed with tele-conferences, meetings and some travel, I spend ALL my weekends at home in Boston with my wife and two beautiful children.
